Las Vegas –Steve Gaskell, of Newton Abbot, Devon , UK, won an ActionMAN Award at the ActionCOACH EMEA Region Conference. The conference was hosted at The Troia Design Hotel Conference Centre located in Grandola, Portugal on April 24, 2015. 
Steve Gaskell earned this award thanks to the powerful work he has done with his clients throughout Devon and Cornwall in the UK over the course of the past year, including coaching Stewart Little the owner of Amtek Plastics Ltd, plastic injection molding manufacturer. They manufacture and supply a vast number of plastic component parts on a Business to Business basis across the UK. Over the past 12 months Stewart has taken the business from strength to strength. From 6 employees Amtek now employs 20 staff, with 3 shifts and dedicated production, sales and marketing management teams. They have expanded to occupy 2 premises with further plans for expansion through 2015 and 2016. Revenue increased by a massive 44% and Stewart invested in an additional 3 plastic injection molding machines which has increase output by 30%. Stewart demonstrates real zeal entrepreneurial flair, drive and vision. He is now firmly focused on 5 year strategy to take Amtek to an annual revenue in excess of 9 figures and an industry leader.
